About Abasure
Abasure exists to help ABA teams move faster without sacrificing clinical quality or payer compliance. We build tools that fit into how BCBAs already work, so documentation stays accurate, auditable, and ready for review.
We are not a substitute for licensed clinical judgment. Our role is to reduce friction: clearer drafts, structured checks against requirements, and fewer preventable rounds of rework before plans reach payers and families.
Our goal
We want to strengthen and automate the work, not the individuals. When clinicians spend less time fighting documentation and compliance bottlenecks, they have more capacity for assessment, supervision, and the relationship-centered care that drives outcomes for learners and families.
That is how we aim to create lasting impact: better-supported clinicians, cleaner submissions, and treatment plans that hold up under review so services can continue without unnecessary delays. Every improvement we ship is measured against whether it helps the autism community receive consistent, high-quality clinical care.
Core values
These principles guide what we build, how we partner with practices, and how we measure success.
Empower clinicians, don't replace them
BCBA's bring the expertise that matters most like functional assessment, individualized programming, and ethical clinical decision-making. Abasure is designed to amplify that expertise: faster drafting, clearer structure, and compliance checks that support your judgment instead of overriding it.
Clinical quality comes first
Speed only matters when it does not come at the cost of medically necessary, defensible care. We prioritize workflows that keep goals, progress data, and medical necessity aligned so plans reflect what is actually happening in treatment, not just what payers want to see on paper.
Lasting impact for the autism community
Denials, rework, and administrative overload pull time and energy away from clients. By helping teams submit stronger plans the first time, we aim to reduce barriers to access and continuity of care. So more learners receive the life-changing services their clinicians designed for them.
Trust through transparency
We build for HIPAA-conscious environments and honest partnerships with practices. You should always know what the tool is doing, what it is not doing, and where a licensed clinician must remain in the loop before anything reaches a family or payer.
